Templates probably don't work
Revise the man page to be more accurate about statement counting.
Remember to change the default -x -X for 2.8 to -X
WARNING!!!! Before upgrading to Matt's cparse.c changes I ran his
new tests with -X and only 16, 17, and 19 failed.
